- Directly in the Elephant salon;
- Online, through the form available on the website;
- By phone, contacting managers;
- By sending a request to Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook messenger or Instagram direct
- By sending a request to an email address.
After ordering, when choosing a payment method online, you can use the following options:
- Through the website, by bank card such as Visa, Mastercard;
- payment by IBAN details (the administrator will send you payment details).
Please note! The payment amount is not debited from your account until the transaction is finally completed. The period for processing your payment in these systems can vary from 1 minute to 7 banking days. This depends on such factors as whether you are paying for the first time using this system and how quickly the payment will be processed by the bank, since this system works with bank accounts.
The online payment process is as follows:
1. After selecting a procedure or gift certificate and clicking the "Order" button, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page;
2. Then you will be redirected to the page of the secure payment acceptance system, where you can pay for the service by bank card;
3. Done! The payment has been made and soon you will be able to enjoy the healing and restorative effects of Thai massage, other pleasant and useful SPA procedures!
If you have chosen an electronic gift certificate, it will be sent to you by email or in a messenger convenient for you, during working hours. Please note that the order confirmation form that comes to your email immediately after payment is not a gift certificate.
